Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities: 

• Work with Tendering Department to prepare joint venture agreement, Pre-bid agreement etc
• Handle vetting post contract documents
• Provide contractual advice to the construction and project team
• Handle litigation/arbitration proceedings
• Liaise with internal and external parties 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or Building or Civil Engineering or equivalent 
• MRICS or MHKIS or MICE or MCIOB is preferable
• At least 10 years working experience in Main Contractor
• Self-driven, independent with strong problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English & Chinese
